About ME
Hi there! I’m Riccardo Solimena, born in 1979, and I live a life full of passion. I love spending time with my family and friends, as well as immersing myself in the world of IT and music.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, I’ve worked my way up from a Developer and Engineering Manager to designing IT Architectures. My educational background includes a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Salento, a degree in IT Governance, and a Master’s in IT Management & Governance.
Music has always been a part of my life. I’ve been playing the guitar since I was a child, and now I create my own videos and produce guitars and guitar pedals. I bring my artistic and engineering background together when designing IT architectures.
Teamwork is essential to achieving results and finding balance in life. As an Engineering Manager for a decade, I’ve grown and learned with my team. During the Covid pandemic, I completed my Master’s degree while juggling work, family, and personal growth. It was challenging, but I’m grateful for the time spent with my family and the opportunity to learn and grow.
